Through our objective evaluations, we bring together clients that are interested in outsourcing legal services with providers who have the demonstrated capabilities in corresponding areas. Independence
Fronterion is completely independent from provider firms and does not accept any fees or other forms of compensation from providers. Recommendations and advisory services are made to clients purely on the demonstrated capabilities of the provider firm and how said capabilities relate our clients' specific needs.
Provider Confidentiality
Fronterion respects the organizational parameters of provider firms. We understand the importance of provider confidentiality and base our policies to ensure non-disclosure of sensitive information.
All confidential provider information is not published or shared with any third parties, including potential client organizations, without prior express permission from the provider. All interactions with Fronterion are covered by a mutually confidentiality, non-compete agreement that is available upon request.
Provider Accountability
Fronterion engages only the best providers of offshore legal services and hold them to high-levels of accountability.
We follow extremely high ethical standards and expect the same from all of our business partners. We need to be confident in our recommendations and the accuracy of our information gathered from provider firms.
Provider accountability is something that is taken very seriously by Fronterion.
