Michael D. Bell - Founder and Managing Principal
Michael D. Bell is the founder and managing principal of Fronterion LLC legal outsourcing advisory. His expertise covers the full spectrum of legal outsourcing advisory services including solution development, onsite vendor due diligence and selection, risk management, ethical compliance, solution implementation, and ongoing vendor relationship management.
Working with some of the largest law firms in the world, Bell helps client's structure and implement highly innovative legal outsourcing engagements. Bell is the author of the seminal book, Implementing a Successful Legal Outsourcing Engagement, which is regarded by many to be the foremost authority on the topic of legal outsourcing.
As an internationally sought-after conference speaker on the topic legal outsourcing, Bell has also been featured and quoted in a number of professional and mainstream publications such as The Lawyer, The Law Society Gazette, and The Washington Post. He is also the author of LPO Source blog (www.LPOsource.com).
Ryan E. Franklin – Principal
Franklin brings risk identification and mitigation experience to the Fronterion team. Prior to working at Fronterion, Franklin worked at a leading international risk consulting firm across many industries. There, he gained experience in web security and IT auditing. Franklin has extensive experience in trade receivable securitization reviews and its corresponding due diligence on behalf of large financial service firms. He also has Enterprise Risk Management experience from helping organizations source risks and creating controls to mitigate those risks.
